How to use:
Dice raw onions and blend in a blender to create a mushy substance.
Strain juice from mush.
Apply onion juice to the scalp twice daily.
Onion juice can be added to other hair tonics.
Biotin in combination with B Vitamins

In combination with B Vitamins, Biotin can help strengthen your hair and nails. This strengthening of the hair follicle can reduce the shedding or breakage of damaged hair and help the hair to grow through it's entire growth cycle. This maximizing of the hair growth cycle makes your hair look fuller and grow longer.
How to use:
Consult a physician or pharmacist for the daily recommended dose of Biotin for your age.
Take orally as directed. Biotin can be purchased from pharmacies, health food stores, or vitamin stores.
You can also apply Biotin cremes topically to hair and scalp. These creams however may not provide the same desired outcome as taking Biotin orally and may not have the proper concentration of biotin to do anything of benefit.
Green Tea

Green Tea contains B vitamins (panthenol) to help strengthen your hair follicle. How to use:
You can make a green tea rinse very easily by brewing green tea then allowing it to cool thoroughly.

Garlic

Helps to remove toxins and impurities from the scalp that may contribute to the lack of new hair growth.
How to use:
You can use raw garlic and rub the garlic pieces on your scalp.
This is the most potent way to use it but also will give you the most garlic odor.
If you cannot stand the garlic odor, you can make a garlic oil to apply topically to the scalp.
To make the garlic oil, finely chop raw garlic pieces and soak them in olive oil or sweet almond oil for one to two weeks.
Then you can apply this garlic and olive oil to the scalp twice daily.
Make sure you refrigerate your oil to keep it from spoiling.
Vitamin E

Vitamin E is a rich antioxidant that helps build new tissue and repair damaged tissue in the skin and scalp. It helps to reduce inflammation in the scalp while it repairs damage to the follicles.
How to use:
Apply Vitamin E directly to the scalp after you have showered or washed your hair.
Vitamin E is sold in pharmacies and health food or vitamin stores over the counter.
It usually comes in a pill form that encapsulates a vitamin E gel.
You can crack open the coating on the pills and use the oil directly on the scalp as a topical treatment.
Vitamin E is also good for the hair to make it shiny and strong, so you can comb the excess oil through the mids and ends of your wet (towel dried) hair.
Rosemary Essential Oil

Rosemary Essential Oil is a powerful antimicrobial essential oil with anti-fungal, antibacterial, and antiseptic properties. It helps to treat scalp issues that could cause an interruption in the natural hair growth cycle. It is also an anti-inflammatory and stimulant that reduces inflammation but stimulates blood flow to the scalp. Prevents excess oiliness of the scalp and reduces build up.
How to use:
Rosemary essential oil drops can be added to other scalp serums to take advantage of the benefits of rosemary essential oil for hair growth.
Add 3 to 8 drops of rosemary essential oil to any of the serums mentioned in this article.
You can also make a special rosemary mask by adding 5 drops of rosemary essential oil to olive oil.

Use extra virgin olive oil as a carrier oil to add your other essential oils like rosemary essential oil.
You can also add olive oil to your other serums to help condition your hair and scalp.
Argan Oil

Argan Oil is rich in vitamin E and is very nourishing for the hair and scalp. It can also be used as an acne treatment on skin and scalp. Argan Oil DOES NOT block DHT, but instead serves as a conditioner for your existing hair. It strengthens and conditions your hair to help extend the lifespan of the hair. When used in combination with other ingredients to create a hair loss remedies it helps to make hair look and feel fuller and thicker.
How to use:
Use alone as a moisturizer for skin and scalp.
